The automatic coffee machine and coffee products are easy to maintain and require very little effort on our part. We make a very reasonable profit on each cup of coffee. The product itself is delightful and of a very high quality and not one negative response has been received which I personally find amazing as well as most pleasing. I am writing to tell you how pleased we are with not only our new F3 Evolution coffee machine but also the overall process in having initially dealt with your company and how our on-going dealings are are proceeding. From the outset your representative Steve Fulton was extremely helpful in assisting us with making the right decision. He took the time to best understand our business and its needs and then ensure the correct choice in machine. The leasing process was just as fast, efficient and simple. Danny, the technician who installed our machine was just as helpful and was pleasant and professional, he took the time to ensure that we were trained in not only the use of the machine but also in its ongoing ease of cleaning. The ordering process is also exemplary, whether or not we order online or over the phone the process is easy and delivery times mean I donÕt have staff screaming for more coffee. On the whole since deciding to use your machine, more positives became apparent: ¥I have saved 60% of my coffee costs since using this machine, ¥I have increased staff efficiency by having a machine catering for the needs in the office rather than having staff pop out to grab a coffee, ¥I am better able to respond to a client or guest visit with coffee requirements, ¥The convenience of having a coin insert allows me to cover the consumable costs, ¥The convenience of having tokens means I can supply my guests without looking for change. My staff were initially concerned that this new machine would not produce a quality cup of coffee/mocha/short black/hot chocolate etcÉ However the quality of your product has silenced that concern, everyone is very pleased.
