We recently aquired an Espresso Essential Bambino machine which has increased our sales by over 100% from our previous machine and we are now receiving compliments from our regular customers. I am writing to tell you how pleased we are with not only our new F3 Evolution coffee machine but also the overall process in having initially dealt with your company and how our on-going dealings are are proceeding. From the outset your representative Steve Fulton was extremely helpful in assisting us with making the right decision. He took the time to best understand our business and its needs and then ensure the correct choice in machine. The leasing process was just as fast, efficient and simple. Danny, the technician who installed our machine was just as helpful and was pleasant and professional, he took the time to ensure that we were trained in not only the use of the machine but also in its ongoing ease of cleaning. The ordering process is also exemplary, whether or not we order online or over the phone the process is easy and delivery times mean I don’t have staff screaming for more coffee. On the whole since deciding to use your machine, more positives became apparent: •I have saved 60% of my coffee costs since using this machine, •I have increased staff efficiency by having a machine catering for the needs in the office rather than having staff pop out to grab a coffee, •I am better able to respond to a client or guest visit with coffee requirements, •The convenience of having a coin insert allows me to cover the consumable costs, •The convenience of having tokens means I can supply my guests without looking for change. The addition of the 3 coffee machine has made life very much easier for Christie Corporate Service Office Properties as it has provided a service to our clients with a great hot beverage to have while sitting in the lounge area of our buildings.....it is a nice relaxing escape from their offices and a convenient cup of real bean coffee of many choices. It is quick and easy to restock and clean each day which is a big plus in comparison to other coffee machines. The other big plus is dealing with Rob Bowerman and the mobile van for tastings was great to make our decision before we purchased.
